Comedian Pete Davidson has reduced the asking price for his Westchester County, New York, home to $2.15 million. The former “Saturday Night Live” star originally listed the property for $2.6 million in early 2023.
The price cut comes as Davidson prepares to relocate to Staten Island. The 3,200-square-foot home is located in the town of New Castle.
Davidson purchased the property in 2021 for $1.6 million. The home sits on over two acres of land and features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The residence includes a large backyard with an in-ground pool. A separate guesthouse is also located on the property.
Davidson was seen frequently at the home during his relationship with Kim Kardashian. The couple dated for nine months before splitting in 2022.
The comedian has been actively listing properties in recent years. He sold a Brooklyn apartment in 2021 and another New York home in 2022.
The Staten Island move marks a return to Davidson’s borough of birth. He grew up there and has often referenced it in his comedy routines.
