The “View” co-host initially put the residence on the market for $7 million. The home is located in the upscale beach community of Sag Harbor.
The house spans over 4,000 square feet with five bedrooms. It also includes five and a half bathrooms and a heated pool.
Behar purchased the property in 1999 for around $750,000. She has owned the home for over two decades.
The home features a modern open floor plan. Large windows provide ample natural light throughout the living spaces.
The listing price was adjusted several times during the two-year period. Market conditions in the Hamptons have shifted since the initial listing.
A real estate agent confirmed the deal is now in contract. The final sale price has not been disclosed to the public.
