Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Relist Pacific Palisades Mansion at $19.9 Million After Price Cuts

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have listed their Pacific Palisades mansion for the fifth time in three years. The “Jurassic World” star and his wife are asking just under $20 million for the property.

The couple originally purchased the home in 2018 for $15.5 million. They first put it on the market in 2022 with an asking price of $25 million. Since then, the price has been adjusted multiple times to attract buyers.

The sprawling estate sits on over an acre of land and offers roughly 10,000 square feet of living space. It includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a large motor court. Amenities range from a home theater to a swimming pool and a gym.

Listing records show the property has faced a challenging sales cycle. A previous deal reportedly fell through earlier this year. The home was also taken off the market for a period before being relisted.

Current market conditions in the upper end of Los Angeles real estate have slowed activity. High interest rates and economic uncertainty are making buyers more cautious. Sellers in this price range often need to adjust expectations.

The couple has not commented publicly on the repeated sale attempts. They continue to own other real estate holdings in the Los Angeles area. Their primary residence is reportedly located elsewhere in the city.

The new listing offers a price reduction compared to earlier attempts. The home is now positioned at a level closer to its original purchase price. This move may reflect a more realistic approach to the current market.

Real estate experts note that luxury properties often require patience. Unique design and location can still drive interest from the right buyer. The home’s outdoor space and privacy remain key selling points.

The listing is being handled by a local brokerage with experience in high-end sales. No offers have been publicly reported at this time. The property remains available for private showings by appointment.
