Oracle Stock Rises on Strong Cloud Earnings: What Wall Street Analysts Are Saying Now

Oracle shares rose on Friday following the company’s latest quarterly earnings report. The results beat expectations and drew attention from Wall Street analysts.

The software giant reported growth in its cloud infrastructure business. That segment has become a key measure of Oracle’s transition beyond traditional database software.

Analysts offered mixed views after the report. Several raised their price targets, citing momentum in cloud computing and artificial intelligence demand.

Others remained cautious. They pointed to competitive pressure from larger cloud providers and the cost of expanding data center capacity.

Oracle has invested heavily to compete with Amazon, Microsoft, and Google in the cloud market. Those efforts are showing results, but profit margins remain a concern for some observers.

The stock gained ground as investors weighed the strong quarter against longer-term challenges. Trading volume was higher than average during the session.

Oracle’s management highlighted new customer wins and growing demand for AI-related services. Analysts will watch upcoming quarters to see if that momentum continues.
