Haylie Duff and Matt Rosenberg End 12-Year Engagement a Year After Selling $2.7 Million Austin Mansion

Actress Haylie Duff and Matt Rosenberg have ended their engagement after 12 years. The couple announced their split, which follows a year after they sold their Austin mansion for $2.7 million.

Duff and Rosenberg became engaged in 2012 but never married. They have two daughters together, Ryan and Lulu. The family moved from California to Texas six years ago.

The former couple sold their luxury home in Austin in 2023. The property featured four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 4,600 square feet. It included a pool, outdoor kitchen, and media room.

Duff, known for her role on the TV series “7th Heaven,” purchased the house with Rosenberg in 2018. They paid $1.4 million at the time. The sale price reflected the booming Texas real estate market.

The decision to end the engagement appears to be mutual. Neither party has publicly commented on the reasons for the split. Sources close to the couple suggest they remain committed to co-parenting their children.

Rosenberg is a music producer and entrepreneur. He and Duff had been together for over a decade. Their relationship was one of the longest engagements in Hollywood without a marriage.

The news comes as Duff focuses on her lifestyle brand and podcast. She continues to reside in Texas with her daughters. The couple’s split marks the end of a long-term partnership that began in the early 2010s.
