Dakota Johnson Quickly Sells $6 Million Midcentury Modern Home in L.A. Just Days After Listing

Dakota Johnson has sold her Los Angeles home for just under its $6 million asking price. The sale occurred only days after the property was listed.

The midcentury modern residence is located in the Los Feliz neighborhood. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms across approximately 2,500 square feet.

The home was originally built in 1958. Johnson purchased the property in 2020 for around $4.5 million.

The house includes floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan. A chef’s kitchen and a spacious living area are central to the design.

Outdoor amenities feature a saltwater pool and a patio. The property also has drought-tolerant landscaping.

Johnson’s decision to sell comes amid a busy real estate market in Los Angeles. High-end homes in desirable areas continue to attract buyers quickly.

The actress reportedly bought another home in the same neighborhood. She has not publicly commented on the sale.
