Hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai Sued by Epstein Survivors Over Alleged Role in Enabling Abuse

Seven survivors have filed a lawsuit against celebrity hairstylist and entrepreneur Frédéric Fekkai. The legal action alleges that Fekkai enabled gender-motivated violence connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.

The lawsuit names Fekkai alongside his company, Fekkai Brands, according to court documents. The plaintiffs accuse him of participating in a scheme that facilitated abuse. The claims fall under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which opened a temporary window for older allegations.

The women behind the suit are identified as Jane Does. They argue that Fekkai used his position and social connections to bring victims into Epstein’s orbit. The filing asserts that his actions were deliberate and aimed at furthering a pattern of exploitation.

Fekkai has denied the allegations through his legal representatives. His attorneys have called the claims baseless and stated they intend to fight them vigorously. No criminal charges have been filed against him in relation to this matter.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for emotional distress and physical harm. It also requests a jury trial to examine the evidence presented. The case adds another layer to the ongoing legal fallout from Epstein’s network.

The survivors’ legal team released a statement emphasizing the importance of accountability. They noted that the case is not solely about direct acts but also about those who allegedly enabled abuse. This approach reflects a broader push to hold enablers responsible.

Epstein’s prior convictions and subsequent civil suits have already led to multiple settlements. This new action targets a figure previously not named in public records. It signals continued scrutiny of individuals connected to his inner circle.

The court will now review the filings and set a schedule for proceedings. Legal experts suggest the case could hinge on the definition of enabling under the new state law. Observers are watching closely as the first hearings approach.
